Yang Ding Dong
Yang Ding Dong, an organic private tea plantation in the high mountains located in the thick forest of Yunshuiyao, Nanjing, Fujian Province, where it’s adjacent to the World Heritage Fujian Tulou. The plantation is 1050 meters above sea level, away from the hubbub. The plantation in the middle is surrounded by six mountain peaks. Its rare geographical location promotes a beautiful ecosystem.
The mountains have always been homes to many animals, such as birds, fishes, frogs, insects, wild boars, cows, hares, pheasants, sparrows and many others. With its beautiful climate and sceneries, it is like a paradise for the animals to dwell in.
洋顶岽位处福建南靖云水谣密林深处, 与世遗土楼群相毗邻。岽顶海拔1050 米, 远绝尘嚣。顶上六峰环立, 中藏湿地, 灵雾润泽, 天成生态, 四季绿颜, 世所罕见。
山中多兽, 多鸟, 多鱼, 多蛙, 多虫, 有野猪, 野牛, 山兔, 山鸡, 麻雀等不知数。时有山风戏云雾, 无端丽日照虹霓, 实乃动物乐园, 人间仙境。
Yang Ding Dong private tea plantation has decades of history. The tea farmers treat tea trees with care and love, very much like how they would treat human beings. Every tea tree enjoys cloud and mist in the morning, soybean milk through the day, sip on mountain spring in the night and even listens to music for relaxation! With an area of 2000mu (330 acres), only 800mu (132 acres) has tea tress planted, this is to leave space for other living organisms to grow and live, promoting a balance ecosystem.
茶园有十数年历史。茶人侍茶树如侍人, 每株茶树, 皆是“ 朝餐云雾, 日吸豆浆, 夜饮山泉, 长听妙音。2000亩茶山, 仅种800亩茶树, 任凭杂木丛生, 由它野物竞择。
The tea plantation prohibits the use of any chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and hormones. It commits itself to be a tea plantation that leads with example to promote the original taste of oolong teas and black teas by protecting the environment and adhere to high food safety conduct.
Each tea that is produced has been given individual identity number (organic certificate) and quality reports (soil, water source inspection report and sensory test report).
