Delivery & Shipping
Please allow 2 to 5 working days* to pack and dispatch your orders to the selected service provider. As we experience high volume of sales during festive seasons, we will require 3 to 5 working days* to pack and dispatch your orders. Kindly only place order if delivery window is acceptable.
*All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

International Delivery Service
International delivery cost will be reflected in the checkout page during the checkout process. Your tracking number will be email to you within 1 to 2 working days* once your parcel has been dispatched. After which, kindly allow 6 to 10 working days* for your order to reach your shipping address. Please note that all orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Once the order reaches your destination country, it may take several days for your shipment to be cleared customs. Customs clearance varies by country and is at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.
While we will, to our reasonable efforts do all we can to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered to you according to the estimated delivery time provided. We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Estimated delivery time may vary or change due to circumstances beyond our control. Jue Lian Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any delay, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Shipping Process
We will start working on processing your order once it is placed. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order.
Processing – The payment has been received, we are processing the order.
Shipped – The item has been shipped.
Track an Order
Your tracking number will be email to you within 1 to 2 working days once your parcel has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived at the estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@juelian.com.sg. You can also track the delivery status of your order by logging in to your account.
Change of address
Delivery address cannot be change once order has been placed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.
Not available on the scheduled delivery date
If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date, the courier service will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery date and time. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you under any unforeseen circumstances. There may be an additional charge for multiple re-deliveries should nobody be present to receive the package multiple times.
Incorrect/missing item
If you received an item that is damaged, incorrect or missing item, please email us at hello@juelian.com.sg within 3 business days from the day you received the package for further assistance.
Taxes & Duties (Applicable for International Delivery Service only)
The international shipping charge is exclusive of customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties will be borne by the customer. Customs authorities require that we declare the value of your order on your package. It is the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package.
